Project Manager Coordinator, Global Talent - HAVAS

THE ROLE

 

The Project Coordinator role is a key member on Havas Group’s Global Talent team. Based out of the Havas New York Village in Tribeca, the Global Talent team drives the talent strategy and learning experiences across the collective networks of the Havas Group and aims to cultivate Meaningful Work Experiences for all. The Project Coordinator will use strong organizational and communication skills to help prepare and manage various logistics, administrative aspects, and learning/development components of our programs. The team operates in a hybrid/flexible working style, and this role does include potential for travel. Team leadership also has a commitment to growth and development through various projects and experiences.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to and support project plans for multiple global talent programs

• Write communications for program touchpoints

• Communicate processes with global participants

• Conduct research on learning content opportunities, vendor options, location for onsites and calendars for global availability.

• Produce program materials such as participant lists, handouts, presentations, directories, etc., in partnership with program and project managers

• Ensure individual project deliverables are on time and at a high level of quality for global audiences

• Aid in the use of video conferencing and other tools to execute online experiences

• Manage feedback and program reporting

• Manage and create records of success of programs (retention & promotion documents)

• Organize and manage all files and folders associated with programs

• Support the carrying out of project plans as necessary to ensure successful and timely execution

• Ideate on ways to simplify/streamline program processes and participant experience

• Be accountable for results

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in project management, business admin and/or communications field

• Experience with Microsoft programs (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook) & Keynote

• Event management experience a plus

• Social media experience a plus
