The Senior Administrative Assistant/Athletics Camp Coordinator supports the Chief Athletics Operating Officer and assigned sports and serves as the coordinator of Athletics camps. The individual in this position is also the liaison with the Villanova Athletic Fund (VAF) online auction and will perform all duties in compliance with NCAA regulations.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Chief Athletics Administrative Officer including scheduling meetings, email and phone correspondence, expense reporting, other administrative duties as assigned.
Support assigned head coaches with expense reporting and other administrative duties as assigned.
Provide administrative support to the External Operations Suite such as ordering supplies, scheduling of external operations conference room and serving as the liaison with University Information Technology to ensure technology needs are met.
Athletic Camp Coordination Responsibilities:
Ensure athletic camps and clinics adhere to all University rules and regulations and operate at a high-level.
Serve as Front-End Salesforce Administrator for Athletic Camps and liaison with University Compliance Office (UCO), University HR, Risk Management, and conference services.
Continually generate/update reports to streamline camp process within salesforce and create customized Athletic camp reports based upon coaches’ individual camps.
Maintains high-level awareness and sensitivity to UCO timelines.
VAF Responsibilities:
Responsible for all logistical planning, organization, and execution of VAF annual online action to ensure success and customer satisfaction, coordinates auction fulfillment throughout the year.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
3 years of experience with administrative assistant duties.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain good working relationships throughout Athletics and across campus. Must have good judgement and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficiency with personal computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database, on-line work order systems). Must keep current with new trends relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations a plus.
Previous experience working in a collegiate athletics environment preferred.
