White Sparrow Studios is a Photography and Videography Studio that specializes in weddings and other events.

Job Description:

The intern will be in charge of our marketing department. We would like someone familiar with Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, and Facebook. We would also love someone familiar with scheduling appointments, making phone calls, answering prospective client questions, and managing email accounts.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Gaining followers through Social Media and interacting with people and other businesses.

• Network with wedding planners, wedding venues, and continue to get new clients.

• Using Honeybook to send clients contracts, emails, and follow-ups with our clients ( we can teach you how to use this.)

• Updating and Managing Blog (Basic WordPress Skills.)

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with our company. We love what we do and we want our interns too as well!

• Familiar with running ads on Facebook, Instagram, and google campaigns.

• Familiar with SEO to increase online traffic to our website.

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Recent graduates may apply.)

• Marketing, Communication Studies, and Advertising with a keen interest in the arts.

• Enthusiastic, motivated, innovative, and forward-thinking individual to assist our development department in all aspects related to development and marketing.

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

• Can answer company emails and schedule meetings with the photographer and videographer.

• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere skills are a plus, but not a necessity.

• Photography and video experience are a plus, but not a necessity.
